Introduced a couple of games for the November 2022 Day of the Devs showcase. (My first portion begins at 25:18, second is at 29:50, and then I’m part of the little outro at 1:11:08.)

Polaris Game Design Retreat 2022 - Keynote

Polaris game design retreat logo.

Gave a keynote for the first Polaris Game Design Retreat, a think-tank style conference inviting the industry’s top designers to solve the toughest problems in games. Spoke about the “Oh, Shit” moments in game design, times when a designer sees both the solution to a tough problem and the work it’ll take to get there, and what to do at that crucial decision point.

Summer Game Fest 2022

Introduced a couple of games for the indie games segment of the 2022 Summer Game Fest. (My first portion begins at 2:42:32.)

The Amnesia Fortnight Movie

I am one of the featured leads from design teams in this movie, a documentary about Double Fine’s game jam, Amnesia Fortnight. The events unfolded in 2019, the movie was released in 2021.
